Product description is accurate as possible but size and weight and colour of items may very according to supplier to supplier i.e shade of colour may very or size may very ,Therefore the we suggest that you regard the aforementioned as approximates, If you require exact colour as part of an existing set or an exact size of items we suggest you contact is via e.mail or phone to confirm your requirements.

Order process

The confirmation stage sets out the initial details of your order. Following this, we will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that this email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Coco fiftyfour Ltd.Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on reciept of payment  of the products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it (please refer to Returns and refunds).

We do not file details of your order for you to subsequently access direct on this website, and therefore, please print out these terms and conditions and the order acknowledgement for your own records. If you wish to obtain specific details of your previous orders please Contact us.


This website is only for delivery of products to customers in mainland UK and Northern Ireland addresses. European delivery is available, you must Contact us with your destination and we will email you back with the costing. All goods must be signed for by an adult on delivery.

We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales. However delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Coco fiftyfour Ltd shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

The risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered.


We take payment at the time we receive your order, once we have verified your details and stock availability we will email you an acknowledgement. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and a full refund will be given, where you have already paid for the goods.
The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order apart from the following exception:

While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund, except for special orders which include items made to order or non stock items.

All prices are shown in £s sterling and exclude delivery charges, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Returns, replacements and refunds

Sometimes the product specifications from the manufacturer may change, in which case we will do our best to offer you a substitute of the same or better quality at the same price. If you are not happy with the replacement you can return it in accordance with our returns policy, you may cancel your order if you have a change of mind, check Returns and refunds.

All deliveries within the UK will be sent via Our own delivery team ,  or a nation wide courier service. Worldwide delivery is available, you must Contact us with your destination and we will email you back with the costing. All goods must be signed for by an adult on delivery.

Pallet Deliveries.

To keep our prices competitive we outsource our deliveries to courier companies who offer us the best possible rates so we can pass these savings on to you, our valued customers. Due to the nature and size of these items the driver will only deliver curb side or if there is easy access he will deliver to the door. Please insure there is adequate access to facilitate the pump lift which the driver will utilize


Returns Policy

No Stress Guarantee
Our returns policy is simple. No stress guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, for example the item(s) you have ordered is/are faulty, defective the return in FREE  if you\’ve changed your mind, you must return it to us unused and in its original condition within 7/15 days (depending on circumstances) for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund. Note: If the item being returened was a special order made to order there will be a 20% handling charge.

How do I return an item? Simply send us an email at info@coco54.co.uk and one of our customer support team will reply to you with a confirmation to your mail which you have to print and send with the item which will enable us to process your return quickly and efficiently. You must obtain a confirmation email before sending anything back to us or we will not be able to process your return. Please check below for further information on return categories.

Faulty or defective items:

If you return an item because of an error on our part, or it is defective, we will be happy to replace the item in returning it to us. You are responsible for any other service provided to you in connection with your purchase, e.g. return in original packaging. We reserve the right to make amendments and rectify the order by replacing the defective with a replacement part. As most of our products are imported from mainland Europe replacement parts may take the same time as the delivery of the original order, although every effort will be made to expedite the item asap. The item(s) must be returned within 7 days of purchase, we also need to be notified of reson for return within 3 days of reciept of item via e.mail or phone call.

Change of mind:

Goods returned to us because of a change of mind must be unused and in perfect, re-saleable condition (including product packaging, instructions, etc), otherwise we will not be able to refund you. You are responsible for any other service provided to you in connection with your purchase, e.g. gift wrapping and delivery charge. Please note that the costs of returning item(s) to us as a result of a change of mind must be borne by you. In any event, the item(s) must be returned within 7 days of purchase.  If the change of mind occours after we have sent out an order confirmation on special orders (order made to order/ Non stock items) there will be a 20%  cancelation charge.

Lost in transit:

We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit: as you are responsible for returning the item(s) to us, we recommend sending the package by Recorded or Special Delivery.

Returns, replacements & refunds

Replacements, exchanges or refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receipt of the returned item(s) by Coco fiftyfour Limited. Refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase.

Please note, Coco fiftfour Ltd shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses, including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial losses, in all circumstances. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

how do we calculate our delivery times?

Every item in our range has its own unique delivery time that is up-dated daily to reflect changes in the supply-chain. Many items of furniture are manufactured to order or made abroad and the delivery time reflects the time it takes us to deliver it to your home. Long delivery times are not unique to Coco fifty four Ltd, they are the norm with virtually all UK furniture retailers. By making and delivering your furniture to order we are able to offer you the broadest choice of furniture possible, allowing you to choose the item that is just right for you and which will give you pleasure for many years to come. If a fast delivery time is important to your purchasing decision we recommend that you browse our store further to see if there is an item with a shorter delivery time. Items in our fast delivery store all have delivery times of 3 weeks or less. Items in our Clearance Sale area are currently in stock and sold on a first come first served basis.
